My Dryer Seems To Have A Short. The Start Switch Checks Out Ok, But The Motor Does Not Work.i Notice The Inside Heatig Coil Will Come On Half Way The Element With Out Turning On The Switch.can You Give Me Some Advice.

You have a shorted heating element and a blown thermal fuze on top of the heater shroud.

I replaced the thermal fuze and heating element now the dryer works like new.Thanks for the help.
