We just purchased a motor from parts select, put it in and put dryer back together and nothing. Outlet is getting power. could we have tripped thermal fuse?

Here's a list of things to test,door switch, white plastic motor fuze next to blower outlet w/little blue wires,start button,test the power cord(real common problem, burned wire inside cord) start with these checks.
