Louann :Test & see if the thermal fuze mounted on the top right of your heater element, is blown,if so ck the hi-limit thermostat for not opening, and the operating stat for the same. But most performa's I repair for blown thermal comes from being internally packed with lint and causes severe overheating. Take off front and dig out packed lint under lint filter and around blower fan, and in the pipe in the wall. |
