I noticed that the burner will fire up without clothes in it, but will not with wet clothes in it. I hear a rattling sound like you would hear if you turned the car ignition with the engine running. I am thinking that it could be the pad sensor in the interior of the drum, the thermal fuse or the ignitor starter. How do I determine which part is faulty?

there is nothing in the interior of the drum that would keep the flame from coming on. Is the noise all the time, and is it doing it with or without the cloths in or both
