Here is a link to a PYE2300AYW parts and schematic. Should be close to yours
Maytag PYE2300AYW

By "will not start" do you mean that the dryer is totally dead?

You said you replaced both thermal fuses looking at the parts and the schematic.
Did you replace the THERMAL FUSE NOT RESETTABLE and the SAFETY THERMOSTAT?

Put the dryer in Timed Dry, is the timer running, can you hear it running?
The circuit path is Neutral, contacts N/TM, Timer Motor, contacts M/L, L1

The first part I would suspect is the Door Switch, then the Start Switch
You have a meter so both should be easy to check using ohms. Always remove one wire from the device you are checking to eliminate an alternate circuit path also remember to unplug the unit.
The circuit path is Neutral, Thermal Fuse, Door Switch C/NO, Motor Protector, Run and Aux Windings, Start Switch, contact M/L, L1

Once the motor gets to operating speed, the switch in the motor closes 2 to 7, this removes the Aux (start) winding from the circuit and connects the Run winding through contacts M/L.

I would also give the interior of the machine a good cleaning and also clean and check your vent system

Sam, if you replaced the thermal fuse kit. That is the one that is located on the side of the element housing with the two white wires coming to it, and you have 240 volts, I guess that leaves the door switch. You can reach me at my website at ApplianceEducator.com Tom
