Default Dryer will not heat
Brand: Whirlpool
Model Number: LER7620KQ1
Age: 5 - 10 years

I recently moved dryer worked fine. I had to hook up 220 at new location. I installed 10-3 wire and bought a 30amp double pull breaker. On my meter it shows each hot wire at 120 to 123. I have also checked ohms on thermostats the read out 0 except on the 155 degree one it has 4 wire hook ups. On one set it shows 0 and on the other it shows 7.14. I bought this part and checked its omhs as well and it showed the same. I also replaced out the heating element. I checked thermal fuse, I am confused as what to do next is the voltage right?

Default

If you touched the terminals, right to center show 120+ volts, touched left to center shows 120, then touch voltmeter probes to left hot to right hot,you schould get 240+ volts. if notbreaker is on wrong buss bar, or Ihave seen a neutral wire not connected properly, and you can show 240v but without good neutral, no path back to neutral bar in breaker box, dryer will not operate.
just lessons i've learned BETTYBOOP
