Can you test it by turning it on with the door open (hold in the switch (button) behind the door)? See if the coil lights up. You just might need to replace the heating coil. On mine, you can see the heating element light up behind the panel with holes in the back while it is running. For different heat temperatures, it will heat up different amounts. If you can see the heating element lighting up, then it could be something else.

It could be in your thermostat in the panel where you set the settings

P.S. I have also heard that a dryer exhaust tubing can get clogged. This can cause bad drying. This is also dangerous as it can cause a fire. Make sure the dryer is uplugged. You can either disconnect the tubing (usually alumium from the back and run a vacuum hose down inside or a special long handled brush) -- look insdie with a flashlight and make sure it is clear. Clean filter and filter area from the inside as well. If clear, this is not the problem.
