Checked the vent and air is blowing out. Everything else works except the heating. What could be the problem and can I fix it myself?

I could not find a schematic for it hopefully you have one it makes troubleshooting much easier. Sometimes it is on the back of the machine, sometimes in the control console

You have probably blown a thermostat or heater
Since the motor runs your thermal fuse should be OK but cannot confirm re: no schematic

Can you fix it depends how handy you are
Do not mess around in the dryer with it plugged in, 240 VOLTS IS LETHAL
Also if you had a volt/ohm meter it would help

the dryer is electric.

You need to get a meter and check for power at the dryer than the element and go from there
