Default Dryer tumbles but will not heat up
Brand: Frigidaire
Model Number: feq1442so
Age: Less than 1 year

This a brand new dryer less than a month old, and is not heating up. Everything that I have read suggests that it is a blown fuse. Of course I can not find a fuse inside of it to save my life. Does anyone know where it might be located or is there a different possible cause. Maybe the thermostat? Any help would be appreciated.

If you have check the power coming in to the dryer and it is 230 volts then is likely the thermal limiter.

It is located in the back right top corner of the cabinet of the dryer.

If you do not have 230 volts check your house fuse or circuit breakers.

Here is a link to your dryer model feq1442so.

If you have a dryer that's a month old, don't you have a warranty to repair it free? Bettyboop
