The white/cream wire goes to the C terminal.

The pink or red wire goes to terminal B

The Black wire goes to terminal R

The 4.4 k ohm resistor goes on terminal R and TM

The 3 K ohm resistor goes on terminal D and M.

If the resistor are not mark I can help you with that also just tell me the colors of the strips on each resistor.
