Hello:

We have a Frigidaire Heavy Duty dryer model # FDE336RES2. It is 7-8 years old. The timer knob broke a couple of months ago but a metal post was sticking out so we used a pair of plyers to turn the timer. A week ago the metal post broke so now we can't turn the timer at all. What part do we need to replace for this model and can we do it ourselves or do we need a repairman? Also, what is the approximate cost of this repair?
