Dryer timer

"timer wont rotate. replaced with new one ,still wont rotate..."

Brand: Maytag
Age: 5 - 10 years

timer wont rotate. replaced with new one ,still wont rotate

Try using the timed dry cycle and see if it moves.

Can you please supply your model number?

the dryer is a maytag model # lde8416ace. It will work on timed drying only

Your cycling thermostat is faulty.

It is located on the blower housing.
