Yes i purchased a used whirlpool dryer and started using it last night and it runs good, but i went to check and see if the towels were drying ok and dryer was in cool down mode when running and when i opened door and closed it back to restart dryer, or even try it in another dry cycle it wouldnt start back until it cooled down for about 15 minutes is this something that is normal w/whirlpool or what? Im puzzled

If it makes a loud hum when starting, you have a bad motor.
