Default Dryer starts, but won't start again for a while
Brand: Inglis
Age: More than 10 years

So I just moved into a new apartment for the summer and it came with an ancient gas inqlis dryer. I know you don't usually offer support for gas dryers, but I think this problem is electrical, not gas related.

So, when I put a load in the dryer starts fine, but if I stop that load or the load finishes and I put in another and try to start it the dryer doesn't start. Then, if I unplug it and hold the start button for a bit and go away the dryer starts by itself 10-15 minutes later and goes through the load. I was thinking it might be a busted starter switch, but I'm hoping the experts can give me a better perspective

Default

It does sound like the start switch.

But this should be checked out by a technician.
