Here is a link to your dryer parts
Frigidaire FDE216RES1 Parts List

If possible try to isolate where is the squeak coming from

From the back it is probably the rear drum support
There should be an access on the back panel and/or a screwed down clip
Be careful when undoing as there is a ball bearing under the clip
It will take off across the floor and you will spend two hours looking for it
Try to force some oil into the bearing area
If the squeak stops or lessens you have found the problem
This is just a temporary fix so get back to us for step two

From the front at by the drum
Probably drum supports/gliders

From the front lower/inside
Motor bearings
Idler roller
Blower rubbing on case

Also when you take off the front panel off the dryer, you will see where the drum, rides on the front there is plastic drum glides, they are about, an inch and a half long. They also where out. Tom ApplianceEducator.com
