Dryer smells like burning rubber

I have a KENMORE dryer model number 417.80142000. The dryer started to smell like burning ruber. I think it is the belt. If so how hard is it to replace on my owen. PLEASE HELP

You will have to remove the top and the console and front panel.

It is not the hard and you should be able to do it .
