Dryer runs no heat, timmer stays still

hello

this dry just stoped heating up. went to change loads and found the towels still
wet and found that the timer was where i put it 2 hours ago.
tested the thermal fuse ok.i found this thermo disc in the dryer vent and want to know how to test it two large red wire two little wires in center.

help Richard: confused:

You must have a meter to check things.

i Have a dvom meter. i ohm out the thermo fuse in the dry blower housing.
the thermostat that i removed is from the blower housing.

if the thermo fuse checks out ok then check the thermal cut off switches on the heater box,then check the element.

found that 1 lag of the snap in fuse was bad. replaced okay now

just for got to do the basics first:
