My dryer doesn't heat up and when I turn it on with the door open to see if it glows red it doesn't. I tried cleaning out my vents to see if that would help but no change. What could the problem be and how do I access the back panel to check the fuse, and heating element, etc?

Check the power to the dryer,make sure it is 230 volts.
These dryers have a overload thermostat over the heater which likes to fail. Otherwise you will need a ohmeter to check other components.
