My dryer is the devil. As soon I I fix one thing something else goes wrong. It is model # 417.98702891 when I turn the on knob it is not cutting on. I thought the dryer may have overheated, so I waited, a day later it is still not turning on. What could it be now? I am so fed up with this dryer.

It is most likely the thermal fuse. If you take the back off the dryer, and look in the back, you will see a white part about an inch and a half long, and a half inch wide. Make sure the dryer is unplugged, and take the two wires off of it, and put them together, and put a little tape around it so it does not hit metal, and plug it back in and see if it comes on.
