Default Dryer not heating
Brand: Whirlpool
Model Number: LER4634EQ2
Age: 5 - 10 years

Our dryer just stopped heating. It's probably the heating element, but we just replaced it about a year ago. Is it common for them to die so fast?

No it is not normal to replace it again after a year but it does happen

I would clean and check your vent system

Thanks! OK, I took the heating element in to be tested and it was good nd so was the thermostat that is attached to it. So, I purchased the thermal fuse (which I just replaced about a month ago) and a thermostat that is located on the other side to the dryer. I replaced both parts, and we still have no heat. Any thoughts on what else it could be?

THANKS!

EDIT: Yes, I checked the vent system and it's clear.

I understand that there is a secondary fuse somewhere in the dryer. It's a normal fuse. Does anyone know where it's located?

Thanks!
