cobra, Unplug the dryer, and take the back off. In the middle of the dryer, about a foot from the floor, you will see a white part, about an inch and a half long, and a half inch wide. Take the two wires off, and put them together, and put a little tape on them so they don't hit any metal, and plug the dryer in, and then instant motor, and heat. That is a thermal fuse. Replace it, and do not run the dryer without it, this was just for checking. Also when you are done, check the vent from the back of the dryer to your outside vent, you should get good air flow. If not, clean it. If you need me you can reach me at my web site at ApplianceEducator.com Tom

Could find no info on this Model Number, are you sure it is correct.
Also a Make may help

Do you have a wiring diagram?

Check to make sure your belt is OK
