Recently I tilted the dryer back while it was running and ever since then its been making a rumbling noise kind of like the belt is off track or something. Does anyone have some ideas of what it could be

Put your arms inside try to lift the tub and pull it forward at the same time.
Could be the rollers are not sitting correctly on the drum

Remove the vent and check that the blower wheel is not rubbing
You watch it have someone else rotate the tub

Run your hand around the inside of the tub (front and back) to check the felt seals

Other than that I would then open it up and take a look
