when I start my dryer, it makes a loud thumping noise. I sounds like I'm drying shoes in there which I'm not. Can anyone help me, so I know what part to purchase/repair. Is there a website I may be able to refer to in repairing my dryer.

It sounds like your drum support rollers are bad, they look like roller blade wheels, and the drum rides on 2 of them,and the bushing type bearings are worn out, take front off, pull out drum, replace rollers and your good to go!Bettyboop
