When I turn my GE dryer switch on it makes a annoying BUZZ sound and the dryer won't start nor the drum won't turn.
My circuit breakers were not tripped and my dryer did fine during it's last load. Can you please give me some insight on this problem....

That annoying buss is most likely your motor. If you can open the door, and push on the door switch to make contact, and have some one turn the dryer on, and see if you can spin the drum to get it started. If it try's or does start, then you need a motor. The only other thing it could be is something is stuck in the blower assembly, you might want to check that.
