Default Dryer keeps turning off
Brand: Kenmore
Model Number: 110.60932990
Age: 1 - 4 years

Dryer turns off every 5-10 minutes. The lint (exhaust?) was clogged which I have completely cleaned out. Also made sure that the exhaust within the dryer itself is unobstructed. The dryer still kicks itself off every 5-10 minutes and we have to keep restarting it. I am sure there is probably a sensor that has went bad but trying to find out specifically.

Default Dryer keeps shutting off

Each time it shuts off we don't realize it until it has probably had a chance to cool down. Sometimes it shuts off in 5 minutes, sometimes it shuts off in 10, very spuratic. I can watch it very closely though if that makes a difference as to what the problem could be.

Default

Take dryer apart and stick 115 volts to motor pins 4& 5, monitor current and see if it still shuts down. Also inspect motor for bad bearings.
