i have a kenmore dryer model # 110 62612100, im not sure if it heating element or thermostats, when i turn the dryer on it seems to be heating, its glowing, but i get this burning smell and smoke coming out. i cleaned all the lint out of it to illiminate that problem and it still does it please help me with this problem any suggestions on what to check to see exactly what it is and how. ty

Where is the smoke coming from?

Is it coming from the console or the vent?

Check the wiring.
