Default Dryer heat intermittent
Brand: Roper
Model Number: RGS7745PQ0
Age: 1 - 4 years

On both timed-dry and auto-sense, dryer ignitor glows, then dims. Flame only appears 20% of the time.
Timer on auto-sense side never moves. Replaced Timer, no change.
Vent clear of lint.

I'm thinking either the gas valve or a sensor is sticking. It there a sensor that detects the heat of the ignitor? If so, is it electrical or mechanical?
