Does the dryer actually finish the cycle or is it stopping during a cycle.
The motor cutout will stop both the heater and the motor
The heater cutout will only effect the heater

Why did you replace the heater and how did you know it was blown?
What sensor did you replace?

Run it on air/fluff
Does it still shut down.

Manually turn the drum, you should be able to do this without a great deal of effort.

Disconnect the dryer from the vent.
Check the dryer blower fan. Is it properly attached and not rubbing on the housing.
Run the dryer
Check for heat and air flow.
Does it do the same thing?
If it works OK then you have a vent problem.

If you are worried about lint getting into the house.
Take a pair of pantie hose, put one leg inside the other and attach this to the dryer exhaust. Give it some room so it can blow out like a wind sock.

That is definetly the motor, it is cutting off, on the motor overload. You will have to replace it at this point. If you decide to replace the motor, make sure the vent out side is clear. That could be the source of your problems. It won't help now, but if you replace the motor, or buy a new product, you will be ahead of the game. If you need further instruction on replacing the motor, or if you need help on what product is best for your family, visit my web site at ApplianceEducator.com Tom

This is her husband Chris, and thank you for your responses. To go in depth more on the situation...

When we first received the dryer about a year ago, we had to replace the (what we thought) thermostat every 2-3 months. Of course, you get it in a pack with a t-stat and sensor. However, I only put just the "t-stat" in b/c the "sensor" looked different than what was on there. After doing this 2-3 times, I had to venture deeper.

The "t-stat" was actually the Heating element thermal cut-off and the "sensor" was the high-limit thermostat 250 degrees. So, I was stupid... but in the kit you receive a wire... and I never read the directions! So after I figured out that I was stupid, I fixed the problem.

Now, the problem we had before was that it wouldn't heat up... barely at all. She had to run the dryer 3-4 times to get the clothes dry. And usually, they somewhat stank by then (I figured something to do w/ lukewarm conditions and wet clothes = mildewy smell) After I replaced both parts within the kit, our heating element was to blame (it had a broke wire) So I replaced that, and replaced the 220 plug-in, and the breaker (all was old, wanted to rule out possibilities) and that brings us to now.

The dryer runs for roughly 20 minutes... it does get hot like it's supposed to, however not too hot... so I am sure all of that is working properly. Before it finishes a cycle, sometimes it'll cut off. If you open the door to check the clothes and make sure they are drying, and close it back, and go to push the start button, it will not starting running, but will make the buzzer sound. After 10 minutes or so (when it cools down some) and you push start, it'll start up.

At the beginning of this week, I've had the whole dryer taking apart so I can vacumm and clean all the lint out of it. So the whole system is clean. The blower propeller is not worn or rubbing; so I am assuming the shaft on the motor is good and not worn. However, I did clean ALOT of lint off of the motor... so that could possibly shorten the life, huh?

I provided all the information I could. Thanks guys for your replies.

Replace the motor, The motor is cutting off, on the thermal overload. So when you wait 15 minutes, and it turns on, that tells me that the motor, is getting hot. This is most likely all due to venting problems. So, if you decide to replace the motor, or buy a new product, make sure the vent is clean. If you need any info, on what would be the best product for your family, hop on my web site, and I will help you out. ApplianceEducator.com Tom

This is going to sound weird but I would disconnect the buzzer.
It should not sound when you pushed start
This is a long shot but worth a try

Yes, a heavy lint build up on your dryer will cause the motor to run hot and definitely will shorten your motor's life.

Here is a link to your dryer for parts and prices

It does sound like you have a venting problem.
If the vent is poor the dryer will blow lint into the dryer, the same thing happens if your lint trap is dirty.
The best way to vent is using metal ducting, it provides a nice smooth surface that will not hold lint.
Also check the outside vent, often lint gathers here and will not let the flap open all the way.
If you vent through the ceiling "kayakcrzy" has a couple tricks to clean this.
I think one involved a chain with a couple locks on one end.

Only other thing I would check is does the drum turn relatively easily by hand.

The odds are you need a new motor
Now you have to decide is it worth putting that many dollars into it
You had it apart so should have some idea of what kind of shape it is in.
Also depends what a new unit costs in your area
I would not buy fancy because it often ends up with fancy problems.
Just look at how many people on this forum are replacing printed circuit boards in the first few years.
