Arrow Dryer does not heat
Brand: Roper
Model Number: res7646kq2
Age: 1 - 4 years

Hi,

I have a Rooper electric Dryer model number RES7646KQ2. I noticed some time back some birds entering the dryer vent on the outside I knew this could lead to dryer performing inefficiently I kind of was lazy not to clean the vent as the dryer was still working fine. But yesterday the dryer stopped heating up and drying. The motor works fine but it just woun't heat up. I unhooked the vent from the rear and blasted it with a shop vac and cleaned the vent. But the dryer still does not heat up. Did this trip some fuse or blew some fuse or circuit that might have overloaded and I have to replace it...or is there some sort of reset switich that I need to push to reset the Dryer. Please help me in trouble shoot this and directing me to buy the correct parts.

Appreciate your help.

Thank You
Javed KHan
