For quite some time now I have to dry a load of clothes twice in order to get it dry.
I make sure the filter is clean, but that is all I know about.

Please help.

Check your airflow outside, if weak you will need to clean your ducting. They sell a 4 inch brush for this. IF ok you will need a meter to do checking.
