Default Dryer clothes get caught
Brand: Kenmore
Model Number: DWLR473ET0WW
Age: More than 10 years

Clothes, especially ones with straps and small items get caught in the drum at the front top. I was looking at part numbers PS267877 (Bearing Slide) and PS267867 (support front BRG front drum bearing). The drum is also harder that it seems normal to spin by hand. Also, part of PS267867 appears to be missing. I was also wondering if the lamp is supposed to have a cover? The lamp is in the ame area and I was wondering if that had something to do with clothes getting caught.
Thanks for your help.

It could be your glides are worn but I don't think the the bearing would be missing.

The best thing to do is take the dryer apart and see what is worn.

Here is a link to your dryer model DWLR473ET0WW.
