Default Dryer buzzes
Brand: Maytag
Model Number: LDE8200ACW
Age: 5 - 10 years
When I press start, dryer just gives me the finished drying buzzer. Can someone help? Well I just took the front of the dryer off,and with the door closed I was able to get the dryer working by pushing the drum. Is this a bad motor?

The buzz that you are hearing is the motor.

The start winding is opened.

By turning the drum by hand this is giving the motor enough torque to get started.

You will have to replace the motor.

Here is a to your dryer model LDE8200ACW.
