Two Problems with my dryer. First, Dryer runs and cuts off, buzzer keeps buzzing after dryer has stoped? Second, Dryer runs but cloths are still damp. I think I need a heating coil. Help me please.

Check and make sure that your vent is not plugged or blocked off.

The is only one coil in your heating element so if it is heating it is good.

You may need a new buzzer.

Here is a link to a list of parts for your dryer model 110-96573230.

Also You Can Remove The Terminals From Heating Element, With Multi-meter Set For Continuty, Touch One Probe On A Terminal, And The Other On The Heater Box Should Show Open Do The Same With The Other Terminal Should Show Open If Either Show Closed, Pull Out Heat Element And Look For Broken Coil Welded Itself To Heater And Grounded. Replace Element Bettyboop
