Brand: Hotpoint
Model Number: nbxr463
Age: 1 - 4 years
Found broken belt and purchased replacement.
New belt is proper length [match to broken belt]
Tensioner will not tighten belt to sufficient tightness.
Is tensioner bent, belt incorrectly installed or spring/bracket missing from tensioner arm?
Where can I find exploded view of unit showing closeup of tensioner belt assembly?

Im hoping this will help you out the idler arm when in place proper with belt should look like this..
