If your dryer was clogged with lint and you cleaned it, the rest of the venting could need to be cleaned all the way to the end. Your dryer could have overheated, and blown the thermal protector fuse, that protects the motor from failure. Also your breaker in the your electrical pannel could have tripped.
If your washer leaves your towels too damp, it will take longer, examples: worn belt slipping and not spinning fast as when it was new, or washing towels on permanate press,(slower spin speed) check everything throughly!! |
