Model Number: D0312
Age: More than 10 years

I have a maytag dryer that doesn't heat up. It will for a minute and then shuts off. What can it be? thanks for your help. Judi

Is the whole dryer shutting off or just the heat?

Can you verify your model number for me please?

pull the vent hose off and run it if the heat stays on get your vent cleaned also take a flashlight and look down where the lint filter goes if it's in the door it's most likely clogged also
