Brand: KitchenAid
Age: 5 - 10 years

the dryer runs well. The timer is ok as well.
I have checked the thermal fuse and the thermostat and look OK.
I don't know what else should I check .

Default Heating Element

kitchen aide dryers are made by Whirlpool as is Kenmore. Have you checked the heating element which is made of coiled wire much like a toaster. They do burn out, meaning that there will be a split in one of the coils, thus no heat. I'm feferring to electric clothes dryers only. Hopefully you used a continuaty tester or multi tester set for Ohm's when you checked the thermal fuse and thermostats.(more than one type). One great source of info on appliance repair is at: WWW.
