Default Broken timer knob
Model Number: 131873203
Age: More than 10 years

Hello,
My dryer timer knob would only turn in one direction and then after a few days it broke off.

could we just order a new part and put a new knob on? There is white plastic on the metal post which the knob was attached to.

Also, even with the new knob, will that solve the previous problem, the knob only turning in one direction?

This dryer is very old, would it be worth it if a new knob can be attached?

If the shaft of the timer broke off the timer will have to be replaced.

Can you please provide the make and model number of your dryer?
