Model Number: 7mggq9800ml0
Age: 1 - 4 years

Part # 3390537 Elec-Control board

Question since my dryer will not heat above 115 degrees could this board or the select switch effect performance?

Arrow Dryer won't heat

If the heating element shorts to the case, it may continue to operate but at 110v instead of 220v. In effect, the dryer will only produce 1/4 of the heat it is supposed to. In an additional devlish twist, in this very specific circumstance, a continuity test will be OK, since the coil is shorted to the metal duct around it.

Hope that helps- been there, spent way too much money before someone else found the problem for me
