Won't fill with water on all cycles

The dishwasher will fill in the normal cycle and the Rinse and hold cycle but not in the Pots and Pan, Rinse or China cycle. I've checked the Drain valve, water inlet valve and Float valve and they all check out

It is likely the contact in the timer are burnt.

The time will have to be replaced.
