Why my simpson 870 dishwasher will not heat the water and what do i do

Hello I have a simpson dishwasher model 870. It runs through all cycles but the water will not heat up. I would like to know what the problem may be and how to fix it. thank you

Can you please provide your model number?

It is found on the tub of the dishwasher were the door closes.
