Cool Upper spray arm falls off on Jenn Air DW
Brand: Jenn-Air
Model Number: DW871UQA
Age: Please select

The upper spray arm on my Jenn Air DW871UQA falls off immediately after the start of any water cycle. It has what looks to be a pressure-fit clip, so I snap it back on but it won't stay on. Help! Do I need to buy a new one, buy a new one and a nut, or unscrew the nut and somehow re-attach the one that keeps falling off?

I would say that you are going to need a new spray arm.

Unscrew the nut and see if it is broken inside.

Here is a link to your dishwasher model DW871UQA.
