The upper rotator will not spend. It appears as though there is no water going to that part. I have made sure all filters, etc are cleaned and have run a cleaner through the unit and still it does not work. When I removed the pump housing, there is a ball that is blocking what appears to be the punp outlet for the upper arm. Is this ball suppose to block it?

Any suggestions on how to correct the initial problem?

Tag on frame states: Model FDB510LCS0 S.N. TH41287155.

Attempted to locate model in home page for Frigidare and it says it is not a valid model number. It is the only number I can locate.

That ball is your drain check ball, prevents spray arm function in drain mode.
Make sure you have sufficient water in tub 1/2 inch below heater
Open door while washing and verify lower spray arm is spraying and not pumping out from a crack in the spray arm.
