The touchtone pads that start the dishwasher don't always work. Some times I have to keep pressing the pad several times. Other days it works perfect. Is something loose?

It could be a bad connection in the control panel.

Thanks. What I have done is stick some plastic velcro adhesives to the buttons on the circuit board. I think over time the board may have warped from the heat and moisture. The touchtone pads work perfect now.
