[ZIMM]

I recently found that the cover and stem assembly had the the little locking prongs broken off so the lower armdodn't work correctly. Instead of replacing the part I drilled a hole throug the stem and put a pin thru it. The other piece locks in place and the lower dishes wash fine but the upper rack doesn't seem to be touched by water. I opened the dishwasher during the cycle and water appear to get up there but it doesn't appear that it is spinning to wash. The arm does spin freely so I'm stuck would just repacing that part solve the problem or is there somethin more going on. The lower rack cleans great.
