Default Top rack not cleaning
Brand: Kenmore
Age: 1 - 4 years

Help. Dishwasher appears to run fine, but it won't clean the top rack of dishes. Water comes out of the top, but I don't think it has enough pressure to spray up to the top rack. Any suggestions on what it might be? I've made sure the tube that connects the top spayer is not clogged.

It sounds like the wash impeller may be damaged.

If it is there would not be enough force to push to water up the tube.

Check you wash impeller.

Check in the sump for foreign matter.

Here is a link to the parts of your dishwasher model 665.16039401.
