Default Top rack doesn't get clean
Brand: KitchenAid
Age: 1 - 4 years

The dishes in the top rack do not get clean. the bottom rack is very clean. I've tried other detergents, running the water until its hot, using jet dry....what could be wrong?

A Model Number would be helpful

Check your upper spray arm.
Does it spin easily?
Are any of the holes clogged?
Does the unit sound the same as it used to?

Do a wash, open door once in a while. Has the arm moved?

Could also be filters in the unit partially clogged, reducing overall water pressure in the washer.
