Hi, The top rack is not getting clean nor water. The bottom rack is clean. I noticed on the "tube-feed" the gray rubber flap sticks open...but the thing (sorry don't know the proper name) under the upper rack sticks right in that opening...so, would that matter if it is stuck open?

I saw another post some where that says it could be the "valve check" or "check valve". What does this do? And should I order both parts to be safe...or do you just recommend just one (and which one)?

The check valve in your dishwasher is use to stop the water that has drained out from coming back in.

It sounds like you may have damage to the wash impeller.
