Start/Cancel Button Inoperable Series 300

Latch broke for the 2nd time the other day. Replaced it with a new latch assembly. Most buttons/lights work on the touch pad, but the start/cancel button does not. I checked all the wiring to the Control Board & it looks good.

I'm thinking control board needs to be replaced, but I see multiple boards available.. Serial number is 22333131EC.

Also I know this has a limited warranty (parts only), should I call them or get the part and do it myself?

The board for your model and serial would be the one that has series 19.

The part number is PS1014357.

There could be a problem with the control panel keys part number PS728411.
