I have a Bosch dishwasher. The top spray arm is not spinning. I have removed it and cleaned it out- nothing there. Water is coming through it and the bottom one is spinning. Any suggestions?
get a large towel. hold the door pin closed and start the washer. How much water is coming through the arm? same as the bottom? or just barely? could be a clog somewhere else besides the arm. DO you have hard water where you live?
